Some mechanical/elements modifications :

1) The financial sheet works fine but... we have thinking that it's more funny to play with "After" bank notes.

So this document will be replace with that system (like afa monopoly).

This cash register will be includes in your personal storage locker (with your military CCG cards).

The game leader will managed a general cash register apart (to not counfound with his own ones....).

But the financial sheet will stay in used but only for official tournaments.

 

2) For phase 4 (drawing CCG resources cards).

We have change this rules: "The "game leader" now draws a number of cards from the deck of resource GCC cards equivalent to the number of players present, and multiplies this number by three".

Before it was 2 cards now its three.

And we have add this rules lines: "If no player receives any income from the resource GCC cards drawn, the host can repeat the process, but only once".

There's several reasons.

Thoses cards owns already all worlwide territories so at the start of a game, ther'es not a bunch of territories owned by players.

So to increase the game speed and incomes it was necessary.

 

3) The starting base of each players contains already 3 Infrastructures (EMB, ABI and LIC).

As well some few military troops to begin.

 

4) Some others mechanicals system or rules modifications have been changed or placed to increase the general speed of game turn 1 mostly in phase 14 and 15.

Thoses sections are now more easy to use.

All of this will reflect a more quickly entering in the game.

 

We have made a pause in this game, the next part will follow asap in a few days ^^

 

Note : The general game rules seems to be now really fixed at 99%.
