Rulings: -There must be a Monster or Undead within one rank in order for the Order to be used. (Zero Effect rule) -If the wound is reduced to zero, then no wound is removed from one of your Elves. Because of this 'uncertainty', you do no have to have a wounded Elf in order to perform the action. -If you have a wounded Elf, and a wound is inflicted, then you must remove a wound.
