La remorque à munitions M10 a été conçue pour être principalement tractée par le char Priest M7 ou le Sherman de 105 mm, mais pouvait également l'être par des camions de classe 2,5 tonnes, des semi-chenillés, des véhicules blindés, etc. Jusqu'à trois remorques M10 pouvaient être attelées en file indienne à ces véhicules. Elle transportait les munitions suivantes : canons de 155 mm, 105 mm et 75 mm et a été fabriquée par trois entreprises entre 1942 et 1945 : Fruehauf Trailer Company, Yougstown Steel Door Company et Schlem Brothers. La remorque à munitions M10 d'Univem est un modèle Fruehauf de 1944.
Elle était dépourvue de suspension et d'amortisseurs et était équipée de deux freins à main indépendants.

M10 Ammo Trailer has been designed to be mainly pulled by Priest M7 tank, 105mm Sherman, but could also be pulled by class 2,5 Tons trucks, half-tracks, armoured vehicles etc. Maximum of three M10 trailers could be coupled in a line to the above vehicles. The trailer carried the following ammunitions : 155mm, 105m and 75mm and was manufactured by three companies from 1942 to 1945 : Fruehauf Trailer Company, Yougstown Steel Door Company and Schlem Brothers. Univem’s M10 Ammo trailer is a 1944 Fruehauf Trailer.
There was neither suspension system, nor shock absorbers and the trailer was fitted with two independent hand brakes.
