Le Sonderkraftfahrzeug 8 était un semi-chenillé allemand largement utilisé pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Son rôle principal était celui de tracteur pour les canons lourds tractés, tels que le Mörser 18 de 21 cm, le Kanone 18 de 15 cm et le FlaK 38 de 10,5 cm. Environ 4 000 exemplaires furent produits entre 1938 et 1945. Il fut employé dans toutes les campagnes menées par les Allemands durant ce conflit, notamment l'invasion de la Pologne, la bataille de France, la campagne des Balkans, le front de l'Est, la campagne d'Afrique du Nord, le débarquement de Normandie et la campagne d'Italie.

The Sonderkraftfahrzeug 8 was a German half-track that saw widespread use in World War II. Its main roles were as a prime mover for heavy towed guns such as the 21 cm Mörser 18, the 15 cm Kanone 18 and the 10.5 cm FlaK 38. Approximately 4,000 were produced between 1938 and 1945. It was used in every campaign fought by the Germans in World War II, notably the Invasion of Poland, the Battle of France, the Balkans Campaign, the Eastern Front, the North African Campaign, the Battle of Normandy and the Italian Campaign.
