L'E-100 Ausf B (projet hypothétique) était un char super-lourd conçu comme alternative au Maus. Il utilisait une tourelle de Maus modifiée, armée d'un canon KwK 44 de 150 mm, avec l'intention de la moderniser ultérieurement avec un canon KwK 44 de 170 mm. Le développement de l'E-100 commença en juin 1943 et se poursuivit régulièrement jusqu'en 1944, date à laquelle Hitler mit fin à tout développement de chars super-lourds. Malgré cela, trois ingénieurs poursuivirent les travaux, bien que de manière moins prioritaire, et parvinrent, à la fin de la guerre, à presque achever le premier prototype, qui ne manquait plus que d'une tourelle. L'unique prototype fut envoyé en Angleterre après sa capture par les Alliés, puis mis au rebut après la guerre.

E-100 Ausf B (hypothetical) Super heavy tank designed as an alternative to the Maus, it used a modified Maus turret with the 150mm KwK 44 with plans to upgrade it to the 170mm KwK 44 later. Development of the E-100 started in June 1943 & continued steadily until 1944 when Hitler stopped all development of super heavy tanks. But even though, three engineers carried on the work at a low priority & by the end of the war they managed to nearly finish the first prototype which only needed a turret. The only prototype was sent to England after the allies captured it & scrapped post-war.
