IMPORTANT NOTES FOR MY FRIENDLY US "FANS" : =>
The United States government has issued an executive order to eliminate the de minimis exemption for imports from all countries.
Until now, this exemption allowed shipments below a certain value to avoid customs duties and taxes.
This new policy will take effect on 29 August 2025.
In addition, new customs duties came into effect on 7 August, increasing import costs for many international shipments to the United States.
These changes could impact the customs processing of your shipments and the final cost to US buyers.
What this means for your purchases :
* Customs duties and clearance :
As of 29 August, all shipments to the United States, regardless of value, will be subject to applicable duties and customs clearance procedures.
Therefore, even parcels with a value of less than €20 (approximately USD 17.2) will also be subject to customs duties, as insured parcels have always been.
For the time being, it is therefore advisable to send small items by airmail letter, such as USPS airmail letters.
Therefore, choose this type of delivery or split your orders into several letter-type deliveries.
* Potential delays :
Delays may occur due to the new customs duties and increased requirements from US customs services.
In my opinion, delivery times for airmail letters will not be affected.
I thought I'd better warn you...

Contexte du jeu :
Passé une ère de pandémie dévastatrice, dans un futur proche mais instable, perpétuellement secoué par diverses crises sociales et économiques ponctué de guerres généralisées et incessantes, vous avez décidé de changer une fois pour toute les règles de ce vieux monde...
Vous serez l'usurpateur de cette planète, la Terre.
Il est temps à présent, pour vous de devenir le Maître incontesté de ce monde !
Mais voici que se dresse devant vous d'autres nations ennemies bien décidées elles aussi à conquérir plus de terres ... et les vôtres en font partie.
La lutte ne fait que commencer, la survie de votre territoire dépend de vos décisions et de votre gestion.
